How we collect Your data
TelcoSwitch Ltd collects different kinds of information. Some of it is personally identifiable and some are non-identifying or aggregated. Here are the types of information we collect or receive from this website:
+ Radius Logs. TelcoSwitch Ltd retains data on Broadband sessions such as the time the connection commenced and duration. TelcoSwitch Ltd may also log metrics such as sync data and bandwidth used.
+ Technical Information. This includes the Internet protocol (IP) address used to connect your computer to the Internet, your login information, browser type and version, time zone setting, browser plug-in types and versions, operating system and platform;
information about your visit, including the full Uniform Resource Locators (URL), clickstream to, through and from our site (including date and time) and any phone number used to call our customer service number.
+ Device Collection. We collect information from or about the computers, phones, or other devices where you install or access our App and other software, depending on the permissions you’ve granted. We may associate the information we collect from your different devices, which helps us provide consistent services across your devices. Here are some examples of the device information we collect:
> Attributes such as the operating system, hardware version, device settings, file and software names and types, images, battery and signal strength, and device identifiers.
> Device locations, including specific geographic locations, such as through GPS, Bluetooth, or WiFi signals.
> Connection information such as the name of your mobile operator or ISP, browser type, language and time zone, mobile phone number and IP address.
Contract with us
As a consequence of the existence of an agreement and contract with us, we may hold personal data relating to You and/or Your business. We confirm this will not be used by Us, other than as may be necessary for the purpose of this Agreement, without Your consent.
The parties acknowledge that, for the purposes of General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), TelcoSwitch is the Data Processor and the Customer is the Data Controller of any Personal Data.
Each party confirms that it holds, and during the term of a Contract will maintain, all registrations and notifications required in terms of the Data Protection Laws which are appropriate to its performance of its obligations under this Agreement.
Each party confirms that, in the performance of your Contract, it will comply with the GDPR Regulations 2018.

TelcoSwitch Ltd may change this policy from time to time, and if we do we’ll post any changes on this page. If you continue to use TelcoSwitch Ltd after those changes are in effect, you agree to the revised policy. If the changes are material, we may provide more prominent notice or seek your consent to the new policy.
