TelcoSwitch winner in the ‘Best ITSP, Mid-Market’ category

TelcoSwitch, a leading provider of hosted voice, Unified Communications and compliance solutions, has won the Best ITSP Mid-Market category at the prestigious Comms Council UK Awards, held on 30 September 2021.
This accolade comes shortly after TelcoSwitch surpassed 100,000 users on its platform earlier in the year, reflecting the organic and acquisitive growth experienced by the business. The company also completed its third acquisition of 2021 in August, representing the latest step in TelcoSwitch’s aggressive expansion plan.

The Best ITSP Mid-Market award rewards organisations that demonstrate impressive business performance, innovation and customer service as well as detailing an exemplary case study. The winner must also provide a good selection of business features, such as multiple telephone numbers, call queuing and support for remote workers.
