Any financial data detected inside of CallCabinet screenshots is automatically identified and redacted by skipping screens for that segment of the call, before resuming synchronously.

Automatic AI-powered PCI-compliance

The same AI-driven voice analytics engine that CallCabinet uses to obtain customer insights recognises when it is receiving sensitive data and automatically redacts it from audio recording and call transcription files.
This permanently deletes customer data from recordings, helping to avoid human error and defending it against exposure and theft. This action is irreversible by design to ensure data protection.
