View and access CallSwitch and phonebook directories with grid and list view available. Make calls via the inbuilt dialler and receive calls from any call queues configured.

Voice & video meetings

Start or join video meetings with screen-share functionality available, as well as call conferencing features, including both instant and pre-defined conference rooms.

Instant messaging

Communicator includes easy-to-use instant messaging, with both group messaging and direct messaging available. Includes voice notes, file sharing, and message status information.

Productivity tools

Set presence settings to show availability to a global directory of all employees or contacts. Benefit from unified voicemail, with voice-to-email transcription, and integrated call-recording.

Total flexibility as standard

CallSwitch Communicator is available for use on Windows and MacOS desktops or laptops, and mobile devices running iOS or Android software.
This flexibility enables businesses to remain device agnostic, while empowering employees to work on their preferred device, whether working in the office, on the road, or at home.

Contact Centre features

For CallSwitch Enterprise customers, Communicator adapts to different contact centre roles. With ‘Agent’ or ‘Supervisor’ views available depending on permission settings.
Agent view enables employees to make and receive calls, and view calls pending, while Supervisor view provides real-time statistics, performance monitoring, and management tools.
