Training your team at the TelcoSwitch Academy

One of the fundamental components of our partner support service is access to the TelcoSwitch Academy programme. Our academy training workshops, held online and in our training suites, are led by our trainers, with no limit to the number of staff you can enrol. At the end of the programme, your staff become ‘TelcoSwitch certified’, enabling them to better serve your customers.
Our focus is to give channel partners everything they need to succeed, which is why the Academy programme is free of charge.

We take network security and uptime very seriously, which is why all our infrastructure is housed in UK based go-redundant data centres, which offer industry-leading resilience for connectivity, power and cooling.
Our primary data centre is London Volta, the co-location centre of choice in the heart of the City, and we run load-balanced controllers and hosts across our server clusters, providing additional backup, and we connect to the PSTN using direct SS7.
