CallSwitch offers employees a single location for all their contacts; internal, external, and personal, accessible via Communicator mobile and desktop applications.
Business Directory shows all employees within an organisation, including presence settings, with useful features including drag & drop dialling, call-on-available, and more, while Central Phonebook enables businesses to maintain a directory of all external business contacts.
Communicator users on mobile devices can even now view their local phonebook within the Communicator app alongside these options.

Intuitive instant messaging

CallSwitch includes an instant messaging functionality that enables employees to chat directly, one-to-one, or in easily configurable groups for teams or ongoing projects. Chats are accessible from all mobile, desktop and web Apps.
The UI has been designed to be intuitive by utilising features commonly found on popular personal messaging apps. Features include file sharing, the ability to record voice messages, message status updates (read receipts), and more, all designed to keep teams connected, wherever work takes them.

Customisable presence settings

Keeping your colleagues informed of your availability is simple with CallSwitch presence settings. Users can set themselves as available, busy, or away, or simply mark themselves as DND (do not disturb). It’s also possible to add custom presence settings with messages to colleagues.
