TelcoSwitch, a leading UK software provider of cloud-based communications, has launched CallSwitch One, its next-generation communications platform. General release of the platform follows a successful ‘early access programme’ offered to a selection of existing partners.

CallSwitch One delivers a cutting-edge software solution for modern workplaces with its horizontally scalable public-cloud architecture that can activate thousands of users instantly, expanding library of ‘no code’ integrations, and comprehensive Open-API and webhook library that enables partners to create custom solutions, tailored to specific customer markets.

CallSwitch One’s transactional webstores will empower partners to capitalise on high-volume, low-value PSTN switch-off opportunities through significant levels of automation. With full branding ownership, instant online payment and provisioning, complete margin control, free customer trials, and more, resellers can efficiently convert sales opportunities online and start billing customers quicker than ever before.

Matt Mansell, CEO of TelcoSwitch, said: “We’re excited to release CallSwitch One to the wider partner community. While there’s a feature-rich cloud-PBX at the heart of CallSwitch One, our comprehensive API and developer tools enable partners to deliver powerful CPaaS solutions to their customers with richer margins and greater stickiness”.

CallSwitch One utilises the innovative seventh generation platform underpinning the popular Yay.com SaaS product. Founded by Mansell in 2014, Yay.com was strategically acquired by TelcoSwitch majority investor Queen’s Park Equity in 2022.
Mansell added: “CallSwitch One is free from the open source shackles that limit the majority of vendor offerings in today’s market. It enables us and our partners to innovate where others simply cannot follow.”
