TelcoSwitch is delighted to announce that Jez Pickering will take on the newly created role of Head of Customer Experience with immediate effect. Jez, who already leads our recently restructured numbering division will now also operationally lead the technical support function in a combined team delivering end-to-end support for TelcoSwitch partners.
Jez brings a wealth of experience from his time at Yay.com, with whom TelcoSwitch has been working closely since their 2022 acquisition by TelcoSwitch investors, Queen’s Park Equity.
Jez joined Yay.com in 2017, pioneering their customer experience efforts, creating a team that has been celebrated for its continued excellence, with almost 3,000 5-star reviews across Google, Review.io, and Trustpilot.
Pickering said, “I’m excited to be leading the TelcoSwitch customer experience team. TelcoSwitch is known in the industry for delivering disruptive solutions through an expanding base of partners. “
He continued, “We’re already implementing substantive process and product improvements to drive our partners’ success in the channel, not least of which is the pending launch of the incoming CallSwitch One platform.”
Pickering concluded, “My first objective is to streamline support for our partners. I want partners to reach us quickly, efficiently and by whatever means works for them. Be it a phone call or a support ticket, I want the experience our partners receive to be industry leading, fast and conclusive in solution on first contact”
