TelcoSwitch surpasses 100,000 users following year of rapid growth

Organic growth, new channel partners, enhanced product portfolio and new acquisitions have all contributed to sustained expansion
TelcoSwitch, a leading provider of hosted voice, unified communications and compliance solutions, has announced it has surpassed 100,000 users for the first time. This comes after a monumental year for the company which saw significant organic growth, supplemented by acquisitions and funding. All of this has contributed to a doubling of turnover, with TelcoSwitch also listed as the 25th fastest growing UK tech company in the Sunday Times Tech Track 100.
TelcoSwitch has enhanced its product portfolio over the last 12 months, most recently with the launch of CallSwitch for Teams. It has also strengthened its relationships with current channel partners, while working hard to build links with new ones, which led to a doubling of its partner base in 2020. Alongside this, the company has so far completed two acquisitions in 2021 – OneVoice in January and PBX Hosting in April, both of which have allowed the TelcoSwitch Group to accelerate its operations and gain access to new channels and users.
